Arbitration Secretariat:
All administrative matters related to arbitration are handled by the Secretariat of the CODAC Arbitration Center and under the supervision of the Secretary of Arbitration .
The Arbitration Secretariat consists of the Arbitration Secretary, clerk, Archivist and Arbitration Expert or Experts, who has the following duties and powers:
A) Recording of events related to arbitration.
B) Sending and receiving all correspondence related to arbitration.
C) keeping the documents related to the Arbitral Tribunal physically; Until, at the request of the Secetrary of Arbitration and the approval of the club's board of directors, all physical documents are converted into electronic files and the physical documents are destroyed.
